Fearless with Essential Oils:

Keep Me CALM is a blend of essential oils traditionally used to help balance hormones. Topical use is appropriate for this blend as is inhalation. Using this blend throughout your entire cycle or as you connect with the aroma (your body will tell you) may help you find balance.

*Use a nasal diffuser or a regular diffuser for inhalation. You may also add a few drops to the palm of your hand, rub it in a circular motion and cup your hands over your nose. Breathe in deeply.

*Apply this blend topically and then place a warm compress over you abdomen for relief from cramps.

*The last half of your cycle as a woman demands for more magnesium. (Thus the craving for chocolate that so many have!) If you are deficient (most of us are) you can feel irritable, experience cramps, anxiety and more. Adding a few drops (swipe to see the dilution chart) to magnesium oil allows you to #stackyourlife and benefit from two remedies at once.

*Hydrotherapy is a fantastic way to find cramp relief for some people even at the onset of them! Apply Keep Me CALM on the abdomen. Put a warm compress over your abdomen for 10 minutes. Switch to a cool compress over your abdomen and put your feet into a warm foot soak for 5 minutes. Repeat this cycle three times or as needed. You may add epsom salts to your warm foot bath for added magnesium absorption.

Drink lots of quality water (half of your body weight in ounces/day)! Nourish yourself with red raspberry, nettle & alfalfa teas! Consider good b vitamins and calcium/magnesium supplementation. CBD has also been known to help a lot of women with PMS symptoms. Exercise regularly throughout the month but not strenuously during your menses.
