Forgiveness and acceptance doesn’t mean memories disappear. But they lose their power over us! They lose their sting! They can become something we can say happened to us but it no longer defines us. We can admit the event without feeling the abandonment, rejection, and broken heartedness of it. We can walk confidently in His love, His embrace, & His grace!
