Each diffuser necklace is hand made exclusively for L'Chaim Essential Oils in the US by a master carpenter...my dad!  No necklace is the same. Each necklace comes with five cotton refills, a silver chain, a small black cloth gift bag and a sample of the essential oil of your choice. Some of us LOVE the chain, some of us have switched our necklace to hemp cord.
